In the beginning years, he established a small ceramics business with just a handful of skilled artisans, producing wedding souvenirs, moneyboxes, and tableware. Through relentless dedication and a commitment to excellence, Mr. Meelarp has experienced a remarkable journey of growth and success.
From its humble beginnings, his company has flourished, expanding its operations and uplifting its status to one of the top of traditional Lampang’s ceramic industries. This company started over 30 years ago with 6 employees. It now provides work for over 200 in Lampang, Thailand.
The company encourages renewable energy and uses a giant water wheel to irrigate an allotment plot in the grounds of the factory. The factory has good facilities for a satisfied workforce who have come to depend on the security offered by regular income from this reliable source.
