These beautifully handmade tie dye note books have a leaf design cover and pages inside made from Lokta paper. The "Lokta" paper is made of Daphne paper, hand made using a traditional method without involving any mechanical equipment, and no chemicals are used.
Daphne paper (or Lokta in Nepalese) is sourced from one of the most natural and sustainable plant fibres. For over a millennium it has been produced according to Himalayan tradition, using the Daphne shrub which only grows in the foothills of the Himalayas.
